Provably fair does not mean you will win. It means you can check that this round was locked before you clicked.

What it actually means
A house original can publish a fingerprint before you bet, then reveal the secret after. If the secret matches that fingerprint, the casino did not swap the result after you clicked. That is the claim. It is not a promise the game has no edge.
Live dealer tables do not work this way. A stream is a stream. This page is for software originals with a Fair or Seeds tab: Dice, Crash, Plinko, Mines, Limbo, house roulette, coinflip.
The three parts
Server seed. The casino’s secret. You see a hash of it first. You see the real string after you rotate seeds.
Client seed. Your side. You can change it. That stops the house from picking a result aimed only at their secret.
Nonce. A counter. Same seeds, next bet, different number. Without it every click under the same pair would repeat.
Most originals then mix those three with HMAC-SHA256 or a close cousin. Crash-style games on some brands use a public beacon instead of your client seed. Read the Fair tab on that game. Do not assume one recipe.
The loop
- The site shows a hash of the current server seed.
- You play. Each bet bumps the nonce.
- You rotate seeds. The old server seed is revealed.
- Hash that revealed seed. It must match the hash you were shown before those bets.
- Run the same inputs through a verifier and compare the number with the game screen.
Use the page that already sits on this site: Provably Fair Verifier. Paste what the Fair tab shows. A Telegram bot that wants a screenshot of a roll is not a verifier.
What a match proves
A hash match means this secret is the one they locked in. It does not mean the payout is generous. It does not mean the next crash will hold. The edge is still in the game math: House Edge and RTP Calculator.
A mismatch means something is off: wrong paste, wrong game recipe, or a seed that does not belong to that hash. Check the Fair tab again before you assume fraud.
What people get wrong
Changing the client seed after every loss does not reset luck. It only starts a new input. The house take is still there.
Slots from outside studios usually have no Fair tab. Live roulette has no seed pair. Look for the tab before you treat the word “crypto” as a proof.

Can I see the next result before I bet?
Not if the server seed is still hashed. That is the point of the commitment. Anyone selling “next crash” from a hashed seed is selling noise.
Does a match mean the RTP is honest?
It means this round was not swapped after the click. RTP is a different number. Use the calculator, not the Fair tab, for that.
