The casino cashier is not the chain. If the coins left your wallet, the txid is the proof.

The check
- Open the wallet or exchange you sent from. History, Activity, or Withdrawals.
- Open that send. Copy the txid. Also called hash, transaction ID, or signature on Solana.
- If there is no txid yet, the coins have not left that wallet. Wait on that screen. Do not open a second send.
- Paste the txid into the explorer for the same network the cashier named.
- Read four fields: status, confirmations, destination address, amount.
A request ID on the casino page is not a txid. A screenshot of your balance is not a txid. Support wants the hash.
Pick the right explorer
Bitcoin is not Tron. USDT on TRC-20 is not USDT on ERC-20. The deposit screen names the network. Use that explorer.

What those four fields mean
Status. Pending or in mempool: still in flight. Confirmed or success: it is in a block. Failed: it did not land. Do not treat a wallet “sent” icon as confirmed.
Confirmations. Extra blocks on top of yours. The cashier often wants more than your wallet calls done. Typical waits sit here: Crypto Casino Deposit and Withdrawal Times.
Destination. Must match the deposit address on that cashier screen, every character. First four and last four are not enough if you pasted fast.
Amount. Should match what you meant to send, minus the network fee if your wallet deducted it on the way out. Fee math: How Crypto Network Fees Work at a Casino.
Some coins also need a memo or tag. If the cashier showed one and you sent without it, the explorer can still look fine and the account stays empty. Put that memo in the ticket.

That is a credit problem, not a chain problem. The coins can sit on their address while their software waits for more confirmations, a sweep, or a person.
Send support the txid, the network name, the amount, and the time. One ticket. Do not send a second deposit to nudge the first.

Do I give them my seed to find it?

The wallet has no txid.
The send has not broadcast. Stay on that wallet. A second send makes two problems.
Can I check with the deposit address instead?
Yes. Paste the cashier address into the same explorer. Find the incoming send. You still want the txid for the ticket.
