What wagering is
A wagering requirement is how much you must bet before bonus money can leave. It is written as 20x, 35x, 40x. The headline match is the advert. This number is the job.
You are counting handle. Wins and losses both move the meter unless the T&Cs say otherwise. Clearing the meter is not the same as leaving with a profit.

Can I withdraw if I have not finished wagering?
Usually the bonus and anything tied to it stay locked. Forfeiting the bonus is sometimes an option. Check that cashier first. A withdraw click can also forfeit the bonus on purpose.
Does a losing bet count?
Yes on most sites. The meter wants handle, not profit. A $10 loss and a $10 win both count as $10 if the game is 100 percent.
Is 40x always worse than 20x?
